Services are supervised by a registered nurse and care is coordinated with an individual’s physician. All care is individualized based on the needs of the patient and family. Services are conducted by the visit, implementing a plan of care designed with the patient and the approval of the physician.
If you are unsure about how much care is needed, we will send an evaluation nurse to your home to discuss your situation and provide you with recommendations for services that can help meet your specific needs.
